Quality Management Systems Workshop

"Quality Management Systems Workshop is organized by AROQA and the Department of Quality Management at the Laboratory for Machine Tools and production Engineering (WZL) - Technical University of Achen, and will be delivered by Dr. Patrick Beaujean, and Franz Gaudlitz, during 19- 20 June 2013 in TAGIUNI- Amman , Jordan..

This workshop deals with a systematic step by step approach to preparing quality management system at Universities, with focus on processes, procedure, boudary conditions, obstacles and barriers. Specifically, it will introduce Q Wiki as an example of an interactive handbook implementation. The system will present a process flow of quality management as they are related to documentation for quality systems related to Students, Program, Faculty, and Institution. WZL is a specialized in quality management and business development, they configure organizations, management systems and business processes to achieve a quality-oriented company alignment.
