‘Abu-Ghazaleh for Quality in Education’
and Genova Institute Conclude Training Workshop

AMMAN - Genova Training and
Education Services Institute in collaboration with Talal Abu-Ghazaleh for
Quality in Education (TAG-EDUQA), a member of Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital
(TAG.GD), has concluded a free training workshop entitled “Educational Audit
and Quality Assurance in Schools”, held online with a wide participation from
school administrators and quality assurance teams.
The workshop featured several
key topics, including: Introduction to the concept of educational audit and its
role in improving schools’ performance, identifying steps of the educational
auditing cycle and its key phases, training on data collection tools
(observation, interviews, and document review), and linking audit outcomes to
school improvement and development plans.
Commenting on holding the
workshop, Dr. Maria Tawalbeh, TAG-EDUQA executive director, emphasized that it
is part of TAG.GD’s ongoing commitment to foster a culture of quality and
enhance self-assessment practices across educational institutions. She stressed
that educational audit serves as an essential tool for enabling schools to
achieve sustainable development and ensuring the quality of educational
outcomes.
At the end of the workshop,
participants expressed their appreciation for the workshop’s content and
interactive approach, noting that the topics addressed would effectively assist
in enhancing institutional work mechanisms and developing performance
improvement plans in line with quality and accreditation standards.
