Dr. Hamzah Khawaldeh

Expert in inclusive education quality and psychosocial support

Dr. Hamzah Khawaldeh is an education specialist with extensive experience in inclusive education, psychosocial support, and program management. He currently works as a Psychosocial Support Expert (Consultant) at the Queen Rania Teacher Academy (QRTA), designing and delivering capacity-building workshops to enhance educators’ and students’ wellbeing. Previously, he served as an Education Program Coordinator for the USAID-funded TAP project, where he led the design, implementation, and evaluation of large-scale teacher training programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. He holds a PhD in Special Education with a focus on Giftedness and Talent, and his expertise covers teacher training, remedial education, and instructional design. He is also certified in Project Management for Development (PMD Pro) and serves as a reviewer in Educational Quality Assurance.

Ms. Ruba Awad Al Jammal

Education Quality & Assessment Expert

Ms. Ruba Awad Al Jammal is a School Assessment Specialist and Professional Licensing Expert with over 20 years of experience in education, evaluation, and translation. She served at the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in Qatar, where she specialized in school evaluations and led the professional licensing process for teachers, coordinators, and school leaders for more than a decade. Ruba has strong expertise in school performance assessment, evaluation reporting, teacher training on modern instructional strategies, as well as prior experience in translation and department management. She is recognized for her ability to analyze performance, implement quality standards, and support continuous improvement in educational institutions.
