the essential skills to improve their performance, in a way that enables them
to successfully compete in the labor market.

professional certificates that significantly enhance their opportunities in the
labor market.

committed to developing and enhancing individuals' knowledge and skills,
enabling institutions to effectively adapt to emerging challenges in the business
and societal landscapes. Its capacity-building programs include professional
training, academic programs, and specialized courses across diverse fields such
as: accounting, auditing, business administration, and information technology,
among others. TAG.GD pays special attention to university students by equipping
them with the practical and theoretical skills necessary to enter the labor
market and to prepare them to meet the requirements of modern work
environments, thus; contributing to enhancing their career opportunities for
long-term success.
For this purpose, TAG.GD
provides modern training programs designed to enhance employees' capabilities,
including internally developed programs such as the Talal Abu-Ghazaleh
International Diploma in IT Skills (TAG- DIT). It also collaborates with
prominent international organizations such as the Association of Chartered
Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), and
prestigious academic institutions such as the Confucius Institute for teaching
the Chinese language.
In the same context, TAG.GD
offers a wide range of workshops and training programs to members of the local
community free of charge, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility and in
line with Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh's vision that learning should be accessible to all.
To embrace global advancements
in education and training, TAG.GD has fully shifted to digital training instead
of in-person sessions. By leveraging the latest technologies and smart
platforms, it ensures a comprehensive and flexible learning experience that
meets the needs of both individuals and institutions alike in the digital era.
