AMMAN - As part of its ongoing efforts to develop professional
competencies and strengthen institutional capabilities within the banking
sector, the Arab International Society of Certified Accountants (IASCA)
announced the registration of a group of employees from the Trade Bank of Iraq
to sit for the professional certification exams managed and conducted by IASCA.
The registration includes a number of accredited professional
certifications, for which examinations are administered electronically through
approved centers across various Arab countries, including:
• The
“International Arab Certified Public Accountant (IACPA)” qualification.
• The
“International Arab Certified Management Accountant (IACMA)” qualification.
• The
“International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) Expert” qualification.
• The
“International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) Expert” qualification.
IASCA emphasized that this initiative complements a series of
training programs and joint projects with the Bank, which aim at developing qualified
banking professionals capable of keeping pace with the rapid developments in
the financial and banking business environment
For its part, the Bank expressed its ongoing commitment to
investing in human capital by supporting employees in obtaining specialized
professional certifications.
