- Assistant School Principal, diligent with 20 years of
experience in schools and the education sector, I am looking for a job
opportunity in a distinguished school, where I can contribute to achieving and
developing its vision, enhancing and improving educational and administrative
performance, strategic planning for all educational processes, developing the
Marsa community, as well as improving my level of knowledge and practical
experience.
Through my academic qualifications and practical experience in a number
of educational institutions, I have a high professional ability to lead, manage
and direct the school team, implement and follow up on all school policies, and
adopt educational standards, to ensure the provision of a safe and supportive
environment for teaching and learning, with the aim of achieving distinguished
educational outcomes, in line with the standards of quality and sustainable
education.
I believe that education is a shared and continuous responsibility among
all elements of the school community, by adopting an educational vision and
mission that is aware of the requirements of the present and the challenges of
the future, and is compatible with the contents of good education, in order to
achieve the desired educational goals that are reflected on the individual and
society together in a positive and interactive manner.
