Certified Quality Assessor and Expert in Institutional and Educational Development

Dr. Mohamed Juzoef Tangali is a professor of Business Management, Islamic Studies, and Hanafi Law. He serves as a certified quality assessor and instructor with the Salta Group in the Netherlands and Pebble Hills University in the United States. With over 20 years of experience, he specializes in institutional quality assurance, strategic management, corporate governance, auditing, and educational development.
He is officially certified by EP-Nuffic in the Netherlands for evaluating international academic degrees and qualifications. Dr. Tangali also serves in prestigious advisory roles, including as an Honorary Advisor on the Global Advisory Board of the CIA-Global Commission and as a Nominated Committee Member for the Quality Assurance in Education Committee in India.
He is the founder and chairman of the Noorani Islamic Research Institute Foundation in the Netherlands, and the founder and president of Mediena Business School and Raza Shari’ah & Sufi School. He has led numerous training and advisory programs in the Netherlands and Suriname, evaluating educational institutions, academic programs, and development projects for governmental, private, and nonprofit organizations.
Politically, Dr. Tangali served as a city councillor in Amsterdam representing the Labour Party and was a former candidate for the Dutch House of Representatives. He also worked for 15 years as a program manager for the Municipality of Amsterdam, focusing on policy development and evaluation.
He is internationally accredited by the International Accreditation Organization (IAO) as an exceptional professor who inspires and mentors students in their academic and professional paths.
