A representative of AROQA convened with the Secretary General of the Jordanian Ministry of Education, Mr. Mohammad Al Ikoor, in the presence of a number of concerned directors in the Ministry to discuss the executive procedures of school development in Jordan.
During the meeting, a number of public schools were proposed to be the starting point of implementing the academic accreditation procedures, and an agenda to work with the Ministry and form a ministerial team has been set.
Both sides discussed the MoU that included the implementation of quality and academic accreditation standards as well as the aspects of developing the vision and objectives to attain a participatory formula that achieves educational quality in line with the international and national standards and procedures.
The above was the result of the aspirations and directions of HE Minister of Education, Dr. Mohamad Al Thnaibat, to develop education quality in Jordan, and the directions of HE Dr. Talal Abu -Ghazaleh, to support and promote educational quality in the Arab Region
