BEIRUT- On the sidelines of its eighth annual conference, the Arab Organization for Quality Assurance in Education (AROQA) held a workshop on the "Benchmarking Accreditation Processes" in higher education institutions.
The workshop was presented by Dr. Rebecca Luther from Aachen University, Germany, and was attended by a number of professors and specialists from Arab universities and institutions.
Attendees were introduced to the ways of analyzing and modeling the interdependence in organizational structures, the implementation of quality management systems, and the ways of implementing and developing quality management and systems in higher education institutions. The workshop also addressed the mechanism of setting accreditation standards and identified the most important standards
