Expert in Special Education and Education Quality Assurance
Dr. Hussein Mohammad Abu Farash holds a Ph.D. in Special Education from the World Islamic Sciences and Education University (2013). His doctoral research focused on the effectiveness of a cognitive theory-based educational program in developing creative thinking and writing skills among gifted students. He has extensive experience in special education, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation, and has served in leadership roles at the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities as well as other national and regional institutions concerned with education and giftedness. Dr. Abu Frash has contributed to the design and implementation of national strategies, the management of institutional development programs, and has authored several publications and studies on creativity, gifted education, and disability rights.
