Certified Evaluator in Disability Services Quality Standards
Dr. Lina Saeed Khalil Owaida holds a Ph.D. in Special Education from the University of Jordan (2018). Her doctoral dissertation focused on evaluating the experiences of parents of children with autism spectrum disorder in diagnosis, education, and treatment in Jordan. She currently serves as Coordinator for Digital Services Standards in the Content Digitization Project at the University of Jordan and is a certified evaluator on the national standards for services for persons with intellectual disabilities and autism spectrum disorder. Her professional background includes roles as Special Education Specialist at Al-Bayan Academy for Development, trainer at Imtiaz Cultural Center, and teaching assistant during her graduate studies. She has been granted the Academic Practice License by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research (2024) and is an internationally certified trainer (TOT/ITOT) with expertise in modern teaching methods, inclusive education, and academic quality standards. Dr. Owaida has published research in peer-reviewed journals and authored the book “Families of Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder: Experiences and Insights” (2021).
