Expert in Educational Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement

Mr. Ahmad Mohammad  Al-Falaylih An accomplished educational quality evaluator with over 25 years of professional experience in the Jordanian education sector. He began his career as a high school Arabic language teacher, consistently achieving outstanding student results, before moving on to become a successful high school principal who significantly improved student performance in national examinations. Later, he assumed senior roles within the Ministry of Education, most notably as Head of Evaluation Teams and Follow-up of Procedural Plans, where he led nationwide school evaluation operations, supervised more than 1,000 school evaluation visits, and ensured the quality of over 2,000 technical and linguistic evaluation reports.
Mr. Al-Falaylih specializes in educational quality assurance, evaluation frameworks, performance indicators, and evaluator training. He has been actively involved in prestigious national awards such as the Queen Rania Outstanding Teacher Award and the King Abdullah II Center for Excellence, in addition to evaluating governmental institutions and NGOs serving people with disabilities. His professional strengths include strategic planning, critical analysis, capacity building, and developing evaluation tools and methodologies, establishing him as a leading national expert in educational quality assurance and institutional evaluation.
