Expert in Special Education, Quality Assurance, and Training
Professor Mohammad Uthman Bashatwa is a Professor of Special Education, holding a Ph.D. in Special Education from Amman Arab University (2011), a Master’s degree in Special Education (2004), and a Higher Diploma in Education (2003). He has served as Professor of Hearing Impairment at Taif University since 2011, where he supervised undergraduate and postgraduate programs, coordinated academic development initiatives, and led academic advising and assessment units. Dr. Bashatwa is also an experienced trainer and community educator, having worked with UNRWA as a certified trainer, in addition to being a certified sign language trainer, a Quality Systems and ISO expert, and a certified TOT trainer with Saudi Aramco and the International Group (Jordan). He has delivered a wide range of training programs in special education, teaching strategies, e-learning, customer service, risk and crisis management, and event management, as well as managing training and development programs at various educational and consulting centers. His professional profile combines academic expertise with practical leadership in education, training, and quality assurance.
